Mad Cats opened its doors in October 2024, bringing a sophisticated fusion of audiophile culture and refined hospitality to Shoreditch's Redchurch Street. The split-level venue combines a ground floor dining space with an underground Hi-Fi bar, where carefully curated vinyl selections complement craft cocktails, sake flights, and a menu blending Japanese and Lebanese influences.

James UK supplied their signature Holton collection throughout the space. The bar area features custom-height Holton stools with backs, specifically manufactured to complement the beautifully designed bar counter, while standard-height Holton stools populate the dining space. Each piece showcases traditional Windsor chair-making techniques and FSC-certified timber, creating a perfect balance between craftsmanship and contemporary design that enhances the venue's sophisticated atmosphere.
